Ahead of talks with the U.S. in Switzerland, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi indicated he would meet with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi “for deep technical discussion”, and said he had come to Geneva “with real ideas to achieve a fair and equitable deal”. “What is not on the table: submission before threats”, Araghchi underscored. Grossi subsequently noted “in-depth technical discussion with Iran’s foreign minister in preparation for important negotiations scheduled for tomorrow”.
