The Israeli military conducted what it described as “a broad-scale wave of 26 strikes in the Dahieh area of Lebanon, targeting Hizbollah infrastructure. Among the targets were an executive council’s command center and a facility storing UAVs used for attacks against Israel”. The IDF same day reported that eight of its soldiers were injured “as a result of projectile fire toward Israel near the Lebanese border”, while Lebanese authorities reported more than 200 fatalities and nearly 800 injuries since 2 March. The IDF’s chief of staff remarked: “We are crushing the Iranian terror regime and will seize every opportunity to deepen our achievements. Hizbollah chose to join the campaign alongside Iran and is paying the price… We will not give up on disarming Hizbollah”.
