Following Israeli strikes on the South Pars gas field, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards warned that “fuel, energy and natural gas infrastructure of the source of the invasion will be set ablaze and reduced to ashes at the earliest opportunity”. President Pezeshkian asserted that the attack “will complicate the situation and may lead to uncontrollable repercussions whose effects extent to engulf the entire world”.
