Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stated: “Today will be yet again our most intense day of strikes inside Iran… On the other hand, the last 24 hours have seen Iran fire the lowest number of missiles they’ve been capable of firing yet”. Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Dan Caine tallied the destruction of “more than 50 Iranian naval ships”, adding: “we’ve begun to target Iran’s military and industrial complex”.
