Lebanon’s foreign minister said that “Hizbollah cannot hand over its weapons without an Iranian decision”. In the meantime, Youssef Rajji warned: “Hizbollah is rebuilding itself in many ways, including with money, as stated by its officials, in order to regain its power internally whenever the opportunity arises. Its work is no longer focused on the south and fighting Israel”.
