Guest of Honor: Maria Veneke Ylikomi, the General Secretary of IIPL and Country Director for Sweden, delivered the welcome and thank-you notes. She emphasized the significance of empowering women and youth as future leaders and the collective responsibility to create inclusive opportunities. Breaking Barriers & Overcoming Gender Bias: Experts, including Vera Paja, Dr. Mishal Sikandar, Patricia Kabia, and Catharina Van Stravaran, shared strategies for advancing gender-inclusive leadership. Women in Politics & Policy-Making – Panelists Fegana Zulfugarova and Aernan Joy emphasized the role of women in global advocacy and decision-making. Youth-Driven Innovation & Leadership – Young leaders like Ayesha Khan, Dr. Asfa Bukhari, and Angel Maemu highlighted how the next generation is transforming global leadership through innovation and activism. Bridging Generations in Leadership – Discussions led by Vera Paja, Dr. Asfa Bukhari, focused on fostering mentorship and collaboration between women and youth.
